What is a three-way reconciliation for law firms?
Massachusetts requires lawyers to reconcile client funds held in escrow, trust, IOLTA and estate accounts at least every 60 days, matching the bank statement, the individual client ledgers and the firm’s checkbook. Ann specializes in these reconciliations for real estate attorneys and law firms.
Do you prepare U.S. returns for people who live abroad?
Yes, Ann prepares Form 1040NR returns and tax plans for foreign investors with U.S. holdings. The office is not currently accepting new international students or international businesses.
